Job Description
I’m partnered with an Environmental Consultancy who have grown significantly in recent years and have expanded their offering globally.
They strive to work together towards a profitable, sustainable, waste-free world. To date, their teams work in partnership hundreds of customers globally.
An outline of the role..
Develop a standard process for onboarding customers
Continually improve the onboarding processes and identifying opportunities to make the process more efficient
Review contracts to ensure the scope of work agreed to is being met
Work alongside Account Managers to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Effectively communicate data requirements to clients to ensure they receive the best quality data possible
Ensure that all required environmental data is collated appropriately
Use data and communication skills to provide useful information for accounts regarding the submissions to aid them in the verification process
Communicate effectively with the International Admin team against data progress for registrations
Once onboarded, provide the Account Manager with a thorough data handover and ensure methodologies are provided
Support in the sales process as required
Requirements..
Degree background; Sciences, Maths, Economics etc (min 2:1)
Strong communication skills, you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Process management
Technically/analytically minded
Desirable – worked within a consulting role and managed external stakeholders
Salary/Benefits
Up to £36K + 10% bonus
8% employer pension
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office initially
Early finish Friday
25 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays + can buy/sell
