Job Description

I am currently recruiting 2 Employee Relations Advisers for my client close to the Slough area of Berkshire, one permanent and one 12-month fixed term contract at a salary in the range of £36,000 to £40,000 per year. These roles are based on site 5 days per week and due to their location, would suit a driver. They are based close to the M4 and free parking is available on site.

The ideal candidates will have experience of working in a fast-paced and high volume ER casework environment, understanding ER casework and change management preferably from within a facilities management company, but other sector experience is welcome. Your experience should include: -

  • Handling complex ER casework including dismissal due to Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR)
  • Understanding restructure and handling consultation meetings
  • Understanding ACAS Conciliations
  • Understanding how the changes in the Employment Rights Bill will impact organisations from April 2026

You will work as part of an Employee Relations team, who share the workload. You should be willing to learn and have a patient approach.
