Job Overview The role supports the Associate Business Partner and works within a dedicated Business Partnering team to deliver a credible, timely and highly specialist employee relations service to the organisation. It oversees a Clinical / non-clinical support services portfolio and manages all employee relations cases and fact‑finding investigations for Agenda for Change staff. Responsibilities
Ensure all employee relations cases and fact‑finding investigations related to Agenda for Change staff are effectively managed. Provide operational advice on ER matters. Support the wider progression of the business partnering function, strategic ER work programmes and the delivery of training across the Trust. Adopt a Just Culture approach to employee relations matters, ensuring investigation processes are constructive rather than destructive. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Culture Directorate, staff networks, and the Business Partnering team.
Qualifications & Experience Applicants should have experience in employee relations, including knowledge of the Agenda for Change scheme and a solid understanding of Just Culture principles. Strong investigative skills, stakeholder engagement and a proactive, person‑centred approach are essential. Benefits & Working Conditions
