Contract Opportunity: ERP Project Manager (D365 Finance Transformation)A leading FTSE-listed global media and advertising group is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to support a critical phase of a large-scale Finance Transformation programme.This organisation operates across multiple markets with thousands of employees and complex multi-entity structures, and is currently modernising its finance landscape to support future growth, scalability, and improved data integrity.The OpportunityReporting to the UK Finance Director, you will take ownership of the requirements definition phase of a major ERP transformation migrating from a legacy media finance platform to Microsoft Dynamics 365.This is a high-impact, business-critical role, where your work will directly shape the future state of finance systems, processes, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end requirements workstream for the ERP implementationFacilitate design workshops with senior finance and operational stakeholdersConduct current-state process reviews and identify opportunities for optimisation and automationDeliver gap analysis between legacy systems and Dynamics 365 capabilitiesProduce high-quality documentation (BRDs, process maps, user stories)Act as the bridge between Finance, IT, and implementation partnersDrive stakeholder engagement, governance, and sign-offSupport data migration planning, including mapping and data quality considerationsWhat We’re Looking ForQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong background in requirements gathering and finance transformationExperience within a large, complex media or agency environmentDeep understanding of finance processes (revenue recognition, billing, intercompany, etc.)Ability to challenge the status quo and drive best-practice solutionsExcellent stakeholder management, including C-suite / Finance Director levelHighly DesirableExposure to data migration, mapping, and cleansing frameworksFamiliarity with reporting tools such as Power BI #J-18808-Ljbffr
