ERP Systems Analyst

Location: Broadstairs
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Circa £50,000 Per Annum DOE

Role Summary:
Our Client is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and integration of their Infor CloudSuite ERP platform. This role is central to ensuring the system is secure, scalable, and aligned with wider business objectives as part of a major ERP transformation programme.

You will support the UK rollout alongside an implementation partner, followed by international deployments. After go‑live, the position transitions into ongoing platform ownership, including release management, change requests, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead on the design and integration of the ERP solution.

* Define system architecture, technical standards, and integration approaches.

* Support technical delivery teams with configuration, data modelling, security, and troubleshooting.

* Oversee system monitoring, performance tuning, and compliance.

* Act as the technical escalation point for complex system issues.

* Manage post‑implementation activities, including upgrades and continuous improvement.

* Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.

About You:

* Experience with ERP systems, ideally Infor CloudSuite, or a strong willingness to learn.

* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

* Understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, or system administration.

* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

* Familiarity with cloud environments or DevOps practices is beneficial.

* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
