Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Odoo Online with proven experience
• Training of employees on using platform
• Creation of training documents
• Ability to understand our current processes and setup up new processes within Odoo
• Assist in deploying the system with all of our requirements. We have a project management board setup
• Migrating from Pipedrive and QuickBooks to Odoo

Overview

A London-based marketing agency implementing Odoo Online to replace their current software stack. They have a lot of automations in place but there are critical gaps that can’t be automated due to limitations within the software packages themselves as well as the connections available. They are a buying and selling agency that categorises all work within Projects. This is how they calculate their gross profits and this is essential for a successful deployment and justification of Odoo Online.

What they are looking for

They are looking for an Odoo Online expert to act as a consultant to transition them from their current software stack (Pipedrive & Quickbooks) over to Odoo Online. They need to demonstrate that they can successfully project manage our transition and that they fully understand their current process and business model so that they can implement improvements and automations to future-proof the company.

They require an on-going support framework so that any errors or issues within Odoo that their users encounter can be resolved externally.

Their office is in Shoreditch, London UK. They want in-person training and consultation preferably.

Fee:

A flat-fee structure to deliver on our requirements. They do not want a time-based fee structure unless requirements sit outside the initial agreement.

This requirement is for an Odoo consultant, this is not a role that requires heavy development as they are staying within the Odoo Online system.

They have many requirements and room for improvement within our processes, a lot that we aren’t aware of. They want the consultant to be able to uncover these and demonstrate this ability.
