ERP/WMS Operations Systems Specialist | Poole | Up to £40,000 | Office Based

As an ERP/WMS Operations Systems Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Leading operational requirements gathering and translating them into system specifications
Configuring and maintaining ERP/WMS settings, including warehouse rules, labelling, and handheld device integration
Supporting system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
Conducting functional and user acceptance testing
Acting as the primary liaison between operations and IT for system-related issues
As an ERP/WMS Operations Systems Specialist, your experience will include:
IT support within a distribution or warehouse environment, or ERP/WMS consultancy
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows
Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., Acumatica, Snap Fulfil)
Knowledge of labelling/printing systems and handheld scanning devices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams
Desirable:
Experience with system integrations (e.g., OData, APIs)
Knowledge of SQL for reporting and troubleshooting
Previous involvement in ERP/WMS implementation projects
