Key Responsibilities: Internal Audits: Conduct and maintain internal audits, raise Corrective Action Requests (CARs) with associated corrective and preventative actions, and follow through for validation. Produce comprehensive monitoring reports. Customer Complaints: Record customer complaints, raise associated corrective/preventative actions, and validate with monitoring reports to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Supplier Performance: Monitor and record supplier performance, ensuring they meet our quality standards and expectations. Quarantine Management: Raise Quarantine/Rejection Reports as necessary, monitor and report on quarantine areas and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
