We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Outreach Teacher to support pupils with Emotional, Behavioural and Social Difficulties (EBSD/ESBA) who are currently unable to access mainstream education. This rewarding role focusses on providing 1:1 and small-group teaching within the community, helping young people re-engage with learning and build positive routines.

Location: Blackley Contract: Full-time / Long-term Start: 20th April Rate: Up to £230/day DOE Driving Licence Required (with Business Insurance) Role Responsibilities: Deliver personalised learning sessions to pupils in community settings or their homes Follow tailored learning plans and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs Build strong, trusting relationships with young people who may present challenging behaviours Work collaboratively with the school, SENCO, and external agencies Track and report on progress, attendance, and engagement

Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience working with pupils with SEMH/EBSD needs (school or alternative provision) Confident delivering differentiated lessons outside of a traditional classroom A calm, patient and restorative approach to behaviour Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance (essential)
