£50,000+ On Target Earnings
5 days a week including Saturday – 9am to 6pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm Saturday, parking available

You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.
You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
Setting and reviewing performance standards
Development of team members
Implementing agreed business plans
Listing and selling properties
