Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Part-Time

South Shropshire

Salary is £25,500 pro rata plus bonuses and commissions of c.£4,000 per annum

Permanent; Part-time; Three days per week

One Saturday for four hours – 9am to 1pm

Due to retirement of a member of the team, we have a part-time vacancy in our experienced and welcoming Sales Team.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience is preferred however, transferable skills will be considered as we are a progressive employer who offers relevant training and qualifications.

Industry experience within the residential property sector (desirable).
Prior sales experience (essential).
Confident on the phone.
Focus on customer service.
A willingness to tackle projects and get things done.
Ability to work under pressure.
