  • Thepersonalcommissionstructureisverynewbusinessfocusedwith5%onlistingsplus5%onsalesandforanyLettingsthataresigneduptotheirpropertymanagementportfolioyouwillalsoreceive5%ofthecompanys1styearsearningsplustherewillbeagrowth-basedbonusstructure.
  • Basicsalary£30,000withontargetearningsof£50,000 withaninitial£500permonthguaranteeforthefirst4monthssotheequivalentof£36,000.
