Our Estate Agent client is looking for a well presented, polished and motivated Estate Agent Valuer who is seeking a fresh and exciting challenge. They are offering a fantastic salary package and believe in promoting success.
Estate Agent Valuation Manager Purpose of Role:
Value and take instructions on properties for sale
Progressing Sales through to completion
Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere
Key Requirements:
Estate Agency Experience including proven track record in Valuations
Excellent communication skills
Accurate, numerate and computer literate
A team player with excellent organisational skills
You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
