TheRole: AstheEstateChauffeur/Concierge,youwillberesponsiblefortransportingresidentssafelyandprofessionallybetweenthedevelopmentandkeylocaltransportandtowncentrelocations,whilealsosupportingtheconciergeteamwithday-to-dayfront-of-housedutieswhentherearenochauffeurbookings.
Thisrolerequiressomeonewhoispolished,reliable,flexibleandcommittedtodeliveringexcellentcustomerserviceatalltimes.

KeyResponsibilities: Provideaprofessionalandreliablechauffeurserviceforresidents
Driveresidentsbetweenthedevelopmentandnearbytowncentre/transportlinks
Collectresidentsfromthelocalstationandreturnthemsafelytothedevelopment
Operatethechauffeurservicebetweenthehoursof7:00amand7:00pm
Ensurethevehicleiskeptclean,presentableandinexcellentworkingcondition
Offerawarm,courteousandprofessionalservicetoallresidentsatalltimes
Assistwithconcierge/front-of-housedutieswhentherearenochauffeurbookings
Supportwithresidentrequests,parcelhandling,guestarrivalsandgeneralfrontdeskresponsibilities
Workcloselywiththeconciergeandmanagementteamtomaintainhighservicestandardsacrossthedevelopment
Upholdallhealth&safety,securityandoperationalprocedures
