The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly capable Estate Manager to take ownership of one of our flagship London developments. Based on-site four days a week, you will lead the management of a large and diverse residential estate, playing a central role in its operational and financial success.
This is a high-impact position where your expertise in financial management will be essential—overseeing budgets, controlling expenditure, maximising value, and ensuring strong financial governance across the estate. Alongside this, you will coordinate maintenance operations, optimise resources, and build trusted relationships with residents and the client.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on financial accountability, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service while driving efficiency and long‑term value.
What You’ll Do
Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
What You’ll Bring
A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Why Work with Us?
Great Team Environment: You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works hard and has fun along the way.
Growth Opportunities: We believe in helping our people grow. With extensive training and development, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to advance your career.
Competitive Salary & Perks: We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a positive workplace culture where your contributions are valued.
At Encore, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and managing valuable residential estates with expertise and care. This is your opportunity to grow into a leadership role while making a real impact in the lives of our clients.
