ResponsibilitiesBringing together multiple stakeholders in order to deliver a first‑class FM service for residents within the development;Overseeing a planned maintenance programme for building plant and fabric throughout the estate;Ensuring H&S compliance is adhered to, including signing off general and fire risk assessments, L8, RIDDOR, COSHH etc;Conducting regular site inspections, identifying and rectifying any maintenance issues as and when they occur;Managing the work of sub‑contractors for soft and hard services;Managing, mentoring and developing an in‑house team of front‑of‑house staff, and an Assistant Estates Manager;Taking responsibility for the Operational and CAPEX budgets on‑siteQualifications & ExpectationsIt is essential that you possess either an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification whilst industry membership of the IWFM or IRPM would be viewed favorably.
