Warter Priory Estate are seeking a motivated, proactive and organised individual with good customer service and administrative skills, who will be responsible for communication both internally and externally across the Estate departments to assist with the smooth day to day running of the Estate. Within the role, the candidate will oversee and take a lead on a wide range of general administrative duties. The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner, be competent with Microsoft Office, be able to prioritise work and work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team, and be able to communicate internally and externally in a positive and professional manner. Warter Priory Estate comprises approximately 12,000 acres of agricultural arable, grass and woodland and 63 farmhouses and residential dwellings within the Yorkshire Wolds. The majority of the Estate is farmed and managed in-hand. The Estate also operates a commercial sporting enterprise Due to the nature of the Estate, an interest and knowledge in rural business and the departments would be favourable. This opportunity is a busy and varied full time role. The role and responsibilities : Handling telephone enquiries, recording messages accurately and dealing with emails. Typing of letters, emails and reports.
