Full Time 37 Hours per week Permanent Based out of our Head Office Shrewsbury Avenue, Peterborough 0800-1600 Monday Friday Here at Cross Keys Homes we are looking to recruit for the varied role of Estate Ranger, we are looking for someone who will take pride in our estates and ensure they are well maintained, neat and tidy and enhance the reputation of CKH for providing quality homes. About the Role You will work with the Rangers team to provide a wide range of estate services across the whole of CKH that incorporates repairs, essential garden clearance and ongoing maintenance. You will also carry out comprehensive H&S compliance checks to flat fire doors as well as inspections at designated blocks and provide on site advice to residents and report any breaches of tenancy and to be our eyes and ears on the estates to enable quick resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities Complete estate and street inspections for potential disrepair and risks to public, record and report to relevant department including external stakeholders. Carry out post inspections of external contractors ground maintenance services to line manager and where required provide additional support to ensure estates are compliant and in line with CKH standards.
