You will need to enjoy working with people and be able to use your knowledge and experience to make a real difference to our communities and our customers. With experience of caretaking and grounds maintenance, you'll be responsible for deep cleans with the use of machinery, such as a pressure washers and floor scrubbers on internal and external areas of the estates as well as general cleaning. You'll operate a van, machines and equipment across the range of the Estates Services Team, at various internal and external locations. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, good customer care skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a 'can do' mentality.
