Estates and Facilities Business Support Administrator

We have a full-time vacancy within our busy Estates and Facilities Division - Property and Contracts Management Team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive team player with a broad range of administrative skills to join our small, friendly team. Customer Service is key to this role, and you will bring a can-do attitude along with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
You will be experienced in handling purchases through to payments and other business functions, working on our busy Service Desk and using various IT systems to manage your workload.
This role is based in our Estates & Facilities office in Wareham, Dorset, with working hours Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00. There is an option for hybrid working once fully trained.
The Property and Contracts Management Team supports our Estates Trades across Dorset, clinical teams, Estates Stores, and our Divisional Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and processing compliance documents.
- Arranging and attending service meetings, including taking minutes.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Monitoring the Service Desk inbox.
- Handling telephone and email queries regarding outstanding and ongoing Micads.
- Monitoring and prioritising reported faults using the Micad system.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and staff at all levels.
