We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Manager (Projects) to join our Estates & Facilities Directorate. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the delivery of capital investment programmes, backlog maintenance, and the operational management of construction and engineering projects across our estate. You’ll act as the Trust’s Clerk of Works, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory and regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with the Capital Redevelopment Team, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure our estate remains fit for purpose and supports excellent patient care. The role offers a 10% Recruitment and Retention payment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
