Your new role: We have an opportunity for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join our growing in house Estates Team. Joining our multi-disciplinary team providing high quality and cost-effective property advice, entailing a wide range of Estates functions including capital accounting asset valuations, commercial property advice and valuations, insurance reinstatement costings, landlord & tenant, acquisitions, disposals, financial viability appraisals and general estate management for Nottinghamshire County Council portfolio and other external clients.
