Estates Surveyor Location: London, Hybrid Contract: Interim Day Rate: £400

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join a high-performing property function delivering acquisitions, disposals and development work across a varied real estate portfolio.

This role offers exposure to complex transactions, development feasibility and strategic advisory work. You will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure compliance, best value and commercially sound decision making.

The Role You will take responsibility for a broad range of property transactions and advisory work, including:

Acquisitions and disposals from identification through to completion

Negotiation of terms to secure best value outcomes

Valuations for acquisitions, disposals, Right to Buy and lease extensions in line with RICS standards

Development feasibility studies covering planning, construction and financial viability

About You

RICS qualified

Strong experience in valuations across residential, commercial and mixed-use property

Proven track record delivering acquisitions and disposals end to end

Experience preparing and submitting planning applications

Strong negotiation capability and commercial awareness

Solid understanding of property legislation, planning law and procurement regulations

Excellent report writing and stakeholder management skills
