The role of Estimator Construction & Refurb will involve: Senior Estimator position dealing with construction & refurb projects within; commercial, residential, healthcare, education and public sectors This role, whilst focus on estimating will include operations, procurement and additional tasks Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Visit site 1-2 times per month, typically within the North West Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers Producing formal quotations to customers Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keep good photo, video & writing documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to circa £2.5m ...
