Job Title: Estimator Location: Sites all over London Employment Type: Contract or Permanent Salary: £55k to £65k depending on experience R9 Recruitment are currently in need of an experienced Estimator to join a well-known, family run client of ours to cover all areas of London Hours Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm Work two days from home, 3 days on site Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects and tenders. Analyses drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing. Evaluate risk and opportunity within estimates. Support bid submissions and tender processes. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment. Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools. Requirements Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry Strong analytical and numerical skills.
