Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator Facades will involve:

Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brickslips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding.

Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements

Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required

Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices

Carrying out site surveys as and when required

Producing formal quotations to clients

Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors

Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Facades with:

• Must have estimating experience within the cladding / faade / building envelope industry
• Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous
• Understanding of Onscreen Takeoff software package
• Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
• High levels of organisation and excellent time management
• Excellent xbpsjku communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
