Full-Time | Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established heavy engineering and fabrication business seeking a technically capable Estimator to join their growing team. This role would suit a degree-qualified Engineer with experience estimating complex heavy engineering or fabrication projects, looking to take ownership of technically demanding work within a stable and forward-thinking organisation. The Role As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for heavy engineering projects, working closely with design, production and commercial teams. Projects typically involve structural steel, heavy fabrication, pipework and bespoke engineered solutions. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed cost build-ups and tender submissions Reviewing engineering drawings and specifications Performing material take-offs (MTO) Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Working alongside design and production teams to ensure feasibility Supporting commercial negotiations where required Ensuring projects are priced accurately and profitably About You Degree-qualif...
