Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their Estimating team within their Kent office.
The ideal candidate will have experience preparing cost plans and viability estimates within a residential construction environment. You will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident in liaising with multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

The Role:
Prepare cost plans and viability assessments for land and development opportunities
Produce detailed estimates including construction costs, fees, and site abnormals
Collaborate with Land and Technical teams while supporting value engineering exercises
Assist with budgets, variance analysis, and provide support to Surveyors at project handover
The Person:
Previous experience as an Estimator within a housebuilding or residential construction environment
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and organisational skills
IT literate with the ability to adapt to new systems
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
