Estimator - Fit-Out Location: Cambridge Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance Sector: Commercial Fit-Out / Design & Build

The Role

\n

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to take ownership of tender submissions and pre-construction planning. You'll:

\n

\n Prepare accurate quotations, scopes of work, and construction sequencing programmes \n

Analyse risks, perform take-offs, and conduct post-tender reviews \n

Negotiate costs with suppliers and subcontractors \n

Build strong relationships with teams and clients \n

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards \n

About You

\n

Skills & Experience:

\n

\n Proven experience in construction or fit-out estimating \n

Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations \n

Confident with Microsoft Office; Eque2 Evaluate & MS Project experience a bonus \n
