ESTIMATOR – FACADES | DARTFORD ️

Join a Growing Building Envelope Contractor with a Strong Secured Pipeline

Due to sustained growth and continued project wins, a well-established building envelope contractor is expanding its commercial team and looking to appoint an experienced Façade / Cladding Estimator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business operating in the high-demand façade remediation sector, with a strong pipeline of secured work and long-term stability.

If you’re confident pricing complex envelope packages and want real progression, this role is worth exploring.

The Role

Working within the commercial function, you will play a key role in supporting the tendering and pre-construction process across façade and remediation projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for façade and remediation works

Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation

Producing comprehensive take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

Supporting tender submissions from initial pricing through to final submission

Working collaboratively with technical, commercial and delivery teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

This is a commercially focused role where attention to detail and technical understanding of envelope systems is essential.

Candidate Profile

We are particularly keen to speak with individuals who have:

✔ Proven estimating experience within cladding, EWI or façade systems

✔ Strong understanding of façade remediation and compliance-driven projects

✔ Experience pricing complex building envelope packages

✔ Knowledge of fire compliance upgrades and relevant regulations

✔ Strong commercial awareness and numerical capability
