Job Description

I'm working with a well-established design & build / commercial fit-out business delivering workplace strategy, office relocations, and high-quality interior fit-out schemes across the UK.\n They've got a solid pipeline of work and are now looking to bring in a Pre-Con Estimator / Project Manager - someone who can operate across both pre-construction and delivery, and add real value from pricing stage through to project completion.\n\nThe Role\n Producing estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for commercial fit-out schemes\n\nSupporting bid strategy with accurate, commercially sound proposals\nManaging projects through to delivery, including financial control\nWorking closely with clients, design teams, and internal delivery teams\nOverseeing multiple projects at varying stages and values\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec \n\nThis isn't a pure estimator or a pure PM role we are looking for someone comfortable doing both.\nBackground in commercial fit-out / construction estimating\nGood understanding of pre-construction processes and pricing methodology\nAbility to manage projects commercially from inception to completion\nStrong client-facing skills able to communicate at all levels\nOrganised, able to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously\nExperience working with JCT and/or NEC contracts\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nStrong reporting skills (both written and verbal)\nProficient across Microsoft packages\n\n The Opportunity\n Join a growing, busy fit-out business with a strong reputation\n Get exposure to both pre-construction and delivery sides of the business\n Work on a range of office fit-out and refurbishment projects nationwide\n Genuine long-term role with scope to develop as the business grows\n Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, , , religion/beliefs, or .
