Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000neg

The role of the Estimator Industrial & Commercial Roofing will involve:

Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial Roofing projects

Dealing with inbound project enquiries and reviewing scopes of work

Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors

Carrying out site surveys and measurements to compile further information for quotation

May be required to visit sites across the North West to understand and improve any possible site risks, schedules and logistics

Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information as required

Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices

Producing formal quotations to clients

May be required to do tasks outside of estimating to assist the team

Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Industrial & Commercial Roofing with:

5+ years Estimating experience within the Industrial Roofing sector

Open to candidates from building envelope or general roofing backgrounds

Experience within sheeting / profiled roofing would push an application

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Understanding of current building regulations

Strong character thats not afraid to help the team when necessary

Confident and articulate
