MAIN DUTIES

Produce all Bill of Quantities

Prepare and send Instructions to Tender

Produce bid evaluations and technical alignments for all subcontractor quotes

Produce tender return proposals

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Excellent knowledge and experience of Construction projects £25m+

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organisational/time management skills

Ability to work to own initiative and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving ability

Excellent IT Skills

Hard working and ambitious

Degree qualified or equivalent experience
