Your new role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Estimator to play a key role in planning and delivering successful projects across the North West. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full estimating process-from reviewing enquiry documentation and assessing site conditions, to preparing accurate bids and supporting project handover. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing enquiry documentation including specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantities, and scope of works.
Conducting site visits for refurbishment projects to gather accurate dimensional data and assess site logistics.
Performing accurate take-offs from drawings, factoring in waste, transportation, and storage requirements.
