Estimator - Housebuilder Role: Estimator Location: South Midlands Company: One of the UK's biggest Housebuilders Salary & Package : £50,000 - £60,000 + package (will pay more for exceptional candidates) Estimator Opportunity My client is a well-established and fast-growing Housebuilder, known for delivering high-quality homes, working on major developments across the UK. Due to a significant increase in key projects, the company is now looking for an Estimator to join their South Midlands based Commercial Team. Working closely with the Land Team, you will be responsible for preparing full development budgets, estimates, and cashflows from pre-land acquisition through to final budget handover. As an Estimator, you will take responsibility for: Preparing detailed construction budgets, estimates, and cashflows to support land appraisals and acquisition decisions Liaising with internal teams and external consultants to assess design, engineering, and planning considerations Supporting the land and development teams by advising on specification, house type mix, and cost-effective design solutions Coordinating and issuing tender enquiries, analysing subcontractor and supplier quotes Producing internal BOQs and ensuring accurate pricing for budgets a...
