Lemon Drizzle Recruitment is supporting a well-established and rapidly growing Civils Contractor in Teesside to recruit an experienced Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where you’ll manage a wide range of tender enquiries, predominantly from an existing small works framework. The role is fast paced, varied, and offers genuine career progression.

Role Responsibilities

As Estimator, you will be responsible for:

* Completing take-offs

* Preparing bills of quantities

* Producing accurate cost estimates using Estimate software

* Gathering and analysing subcontractor quotations

* Liaising with internal departments, stakeholders, and clients.

About You

We’re looking for an Estimator with:

* Previous experience in civils or main contracting

* Experience working on frameworks and a strong understanding of rates

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Good supply chain relationships across the North East (advantageous, not essential)

Our client is open to applicants from Assistant, Intermediate, and Senior levels.
