Location: Northampton, NN6 8BE Salary: £40k - £45k DOE Contract type: Permanent Working hours: 45 hours a week
This is a full-time office position due to the need for collaboration with other team member's on a daily basis.

Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for winning new business and service provisions? We are seeking an Estimator to join our team, focusing on playing an integral role in winning new Landscape contracts supporting the company's Play business targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for soft landscaping to contribute to exciting projects and grow within a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
To read and interpret tender specifications and create associated base estimating models from master bespoke estimating models. Identify and model any opportunities for competitive edge including the evaluation methodologies provided by each client. Conduct site visits seeking out and learning from experts to strengthen model validity creating further opportunities for the tender submission. Presenting tender estimating models at pricing meeting and monitor the effectiveness of the model improving as necessary.
