The business delivers complex groundworks, infrastructure civils, remediation and enabling works for major developers and public-sector clients.

Due to continued growth within their civils and infrastructure division, theyre now looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their commercial team.The Role Prepare tenders for groundworks, infrastructure civils, remediation and enabling packages Take-offs, measurements, BOQs and detailed cost build-ups Review drawings, specifications and client requirements Liaise with engineering, planning and operational teams to support accurate pricing Engage with supply chain partners and assess subcontractor quotations Support bid submissions, value engineering and commercial strategy Work closely with senior commercial leadership on tender reviews and pricing decisionsRequirements Experience estimating groundworks, civils, or infrastructure packages Strong understanding of take-offs, measurements and tender processes Ability to interpret drawings and technical information confidently Good commercial awareness and attention xbpsjku to detail Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-standards commercial environmentPackage Competitive salary + benefits Opportunity to join a major contractor with a strong, secure pipeline Long-term progression within a respected civils & infrastructure divisionIf youre an Estimator with a background in civils or groundworks and youre based in North Kent or the surrounding area, Id be keen to speak with you confidentially
