Job Title: Estimator Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: West Yorkshire Sector: Structural Framing
Would you enjoy working for a large, international business? Are you an Estimator with a background in estimating timber, steel or LGSF projects?
This organisation operates within the construction and manufacturing sector, supporting the delivery of a variety of structural building projects. The Estimator role focuses on producing accurate cost assessments that inform commercial decisions and ensure well‑prepared tender submissions. We are particularly interested in speaking with estimators who have experience in structural steel, timber frame or LGSF. This position would suit someone who enjoys analytical work, collaborating with clients and colleagues, and contributing to a smooth transition from tender through to design. The role offers opportunities to broaden technical knowledge, work across multiple project types and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
