Due to continued growth and a healthy order book, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering a diverse range of projects across commercial, education, residential, and mixed-use sectors. Duties include: * Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions * Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documentation * Conducting site visits and liaising with clients and consultants * Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations * Identifying value engineering opportunities * Preparing bills of quantities and pricing schedules * Supporting bid presentations and negotiations * Working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Estimator within a main contracting environment, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. A methodical approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
