Estimator – Dunfermline

The Role This key position involves developing, managing, and delivering accurate estimates for projects throughout the design and construction process. The ideal candidate will assist in strategic costing analysis and prepare reports for financial forecasting.

As a Senior Estimator, you will:

* Take responsibility for pricing our Living Space Projects, working closely with the pre-construction team in a fast-paced sales environment.

* Collaborate with Design Consultants to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.

* Review and prepare cost analysis reports at all project stages to support design and construction.

* Liaise with supply chain partners, review quotations, and process estimates within tight deadlines.
