The role:

Analyse tender documentation and compile detailed cost estimates

Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors

*

Evaluate quotes and ensure cost-effective solutions

*

Maintain accurate pricing databases

*

Present estimates to senior management and clients

You’ll need:

Proven experience in construction estimating (main contracting)

*

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

*

Familiarity with estimating software (e.g. ConQuest, Causeway)

*

Strong commercial awareness and market knowledge
