Due to continued growth and investment in their pre-construction capability, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender enquiries, specifications, and contract conditions.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.

• Undertake site visits to assess access, utilities, and local conditions.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.

• Produce resourced programmes and cost summaries.

• Ensure all tenders comply with current health & safety standards.

• Support successful handover to the delivery team.

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and accurate records.

Requirements

• Experience in an estimating role within civil engineering or construction.

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of health & safety requirements.

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
