We are seeking an experienced Estimator to manage customer quotations, costing, and order validation. The role involves working closely with Customers, Suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, lead times, and profitability across our product range.
We are a busy manufacturing, well established organisation, and despite difficult times, we are bucking the trend and as our Estimator, you will be key member of our already successful team.
Commutable from Northfield, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Worcester, Dudley, Stourbridge, Stourport-on-Severn, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Alvechurch, Studley, Bidford-On-Avon, Leominster and Evesham
DUTIES
Review Customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to ensure all required information is received, including:
Calculate tube developed lengths when necessary
Prepare accurate quotations using the company quotation system
Agree pricing margins and commercial terms with the Managing Director
Determine and agree appropriate lead times in consultation with senior management
Complete quotation templates and issue quotations following internal approval
Receive and evaluate supplier quotations
