We are seeking an Estimator/ Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager based at our Head Office in Flimby, (remote/ flexible working will be considered).
Key responsibilities
The candidate will be required to work to strict deadlines and have a good understanding of:
Construction techniques,
Tender process's,
Qualifications
Experience in cost control and management
Strong understanding of administration and negotiation
Proven ability to analyse and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in estimating software and tools
