We now require an Ethical Trade and Human Rights Manager to focus within divisions of the business to lead in ethical trade, human rights and modern slavery strategies. The position of Ethical Trade and Human Rights Manager is of high importance within the group, with global awareness of individuals working to grow, pack and supply the world’s finest fresh produce. Working closely with the Responsible Sourcing team and reporting to the Head of Responsible Sourcing, the successful Ethical Trade and Human Rights Manager will identify, mitigate, and manage human rights risks and embolden multi-agency collective action to enhance fairness, dignity, and lasting positive social impact for all people within their supply chain.
