ETRM Sales Manager – London, NYC or Houston based - £160k / $220k + 100% uncapped commission


Global leading, cloud-native, SaaS based ETRM software business seeks 2 x Senior ETRM Sales Managers to join their European (London) and US businesses (New York City or Houston).



The company

You’ll join a cutting edge ETRM software business, who provide a full end-to-end ETRM solution competing with Endur, Allegro, RightAngle and other large global ETRM systems, but also providing individual ETRM modules (especially in risk management) to help optimize these other ETRM systems. Their solution provides an integrated development and operating platform that enables quants and software engineers to collaboratively develop and continuously deploy business solutions.


You will be joining a very established and cash rich global fintech and commodity trading technology business, already with a very strong and impressive global client list in their niche of CTRM, but looking to continue to expand and broaden out more into the core E/CTRM full life-cycle market from existing clients mainly but also new ones. You will join an ambitious cloud-native software business with the best technology in the market and going through rapid growth.


Salary:

  • Europe (London based): £120-160k basic + 100% uncapped commission + benefits
  • US (New York or Houston based): $160-220k basic + 100% uncapped commission + benefits


The role:

  • This is a new business sales hunter role, looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record selling into either the European or North American market


Key requirements sought:

  • 5 years+ enterprise software sales experience, managing the full life-cycle and closing your own deals
  • Significant experience gained working in ETRM / CTRM or related energy/commodity trading software sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding your sales targets/quotas
  • Preferably you will have a network already in the E/CTRM world that you can leverage from
  • Must be based in London, New York or Houston and willing to visit prospect offices as required, including international travel
  • Must hold a UK or US passport, or a visa allowing you to live and work in the UK or US without any visa sponsorship needed
