The Change Partners is working with a leading global Consumer brand who are seeking a dynamic EU eCommerce/Website Executive & Project Manager to join their dedicated team in Europe.

In this pivotal role, you'll take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring our ambitious initiatives, both In-house and with partners, are brought to life on time and within budget across eCommerce and Website related projects.

Please note this is an initial 12 months contract, with likely extension. No sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of eCommerce projects across Europe, including website rebuilds, new landing page creation, and ongoing UX enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, acting as the primary liaison between commercial, marketing, digital, and technical departments.
• Manage relationships with international stakeholders and local market teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and successful delivery.
• Drive projects from initial stages through to completion, ensuring all key milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Support various digital projects, from minor website updates to full-scale site redesigns and platform migrations.
• Be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between diverse teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to prevent project delays.
• Report on project and website performance to management, providing clear and concise updates on progress and key metrics.

What you'll bring:

• Project Management: Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment, they could be a project manager or website/ecommerce executive working with multiple international websites.
• Able to manage projects across Europe relating to Website builds, development and CX/UX.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, such as a Head of Digital in Germany.
• Need to be a "people person" who excels at building relationships and communicating with different teams and countries.
