Evening Document Production Specialist | Remote | Prestigious US Law Firm

We’re partnering with a leading US law firm known for its long standing service and expertise in many practice areas. Their London office are now seeking a highly proactive and experienced Document Production Specialist to join on a full-time, permanent basis, covering the evening shift.

• Evening shift: 5pm to midnight, Monday to Friday

• Taxi home reimbursed after 9pm if working late in the office
• Opportunity to be the standalone evening DP contact in London, liaising directly with attorneys, partners, and the US team

Your impact:

As the Evening Document Production Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless document support for attorneys and partners. You’ll also contribute to the collaborative spirit of the team by working closely with the daytime DP specialist and PA team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, formatting, and amending complex legal documents
• Converting, comparing, and proofreading documents with meticulous attention to detail
• Applying advanced styles, templates, and cross-references to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Troubleshooting technical issues with documents and liaising with IT where necessary
• Managing urgent requests and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Acting as the primary evening DP contact in London, liaising with attorneys, partners, and US colleagues
• Providing occasional weekend and overtime cover when required
• Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive DP experience (5+ years) within a law firm - essential
• Strong technical skills and expert in Microsoft Office and softwares
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills across time zones and with senior stakeholders
• Resilient, solutions-focused, and a friendly team player
