Events Administrator (Online and in person)

\nMeraki Talent is looking for an Event Administrator, to join a growing events team to support with day to day event operations.
\n
\nYou will gain hands on experience delivering both online and in person events.
\n
\nThis role will suit a highly organised and tech savvy Event Administrator, looking to develop their career.
\n
\nEvents Administration duties:

    \n\t
  • Manage and maintain accurate event delegate lists
  • \n\t
  • Provide technical support for setting up and running online webinars (Zoom)
  • \n\t
  • Act as the first point of contact for delegate queries, delivering excellent customer service
  • \n\t
  • Support day-to-day event operations, including both virtual and in-person events
  • \n\t
  • Attend and assist at live events when required
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate post-event activities, including distributing recordings and feedback surveys
  • \n\t
  • Collect and organise feedback to support continuous improvement
  • \n
\n\n

  Person Specification:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • \n\t
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • \n\t
  • Comfortable using digital tools, particularly Zoom or similar webinar platforms
  • \n\t
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • \n\t
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
  • \n
